New Pacifier Holder Line Added To My Shop!

Thes are adorable and have really become a big hit. They are bing bloged about, I've had offers to add them to other online shops and even though I'm not doing anything for about 2 weeks (so I have time to consider it) due to getting packaging designed right now.

I was really excited to be in so many treasuries at once. It's wonderful to see my items loved by others and to see what other items are loved as well. I have a new line of personalized pacifier holders I am really excited about too! Here it is!!

I wake up to a loud screech. I look at the clock and it's 10am. How did I sleep until 10am? The kids should have been awake 3 hours ago. I suppose it could have had something to do with me doing laundry and cleaning until 5am and them being awake for an hour or two before I made it to bed. I changed their sheets and I did 9 loads of laundry AND ironed it all!! (I never get to iron anymore with two kids under two and a husband who works his butt off for us.) But I appreciated the extra hours of sleep I was given.

So I make my way to Zoe's bed where I find she is standing, awake. She lights up. I think to myself "Aww.... How sweet." (She is never a morning person and is usually crying.) UNTIL ... I see there is poop smeared on her sheets! Gratefully she had her diaper on still. (a small blessing)
So I'm like "Zzzooooeeee...." and I head to Caden's room where I keep the diapers and the wipes. I glance over at Caden who is still sleeping peacefully. Only problem? His diaper is off. So, I try to figure out how to get a diaper on him without a melt down. I decided getting him a bottle will do the trick. So I grab a bottle and make it, after throwing his diaper away.

I go get him re-diapered and he wasn't thrilled when I rolled him over. Even so, when he saw the bottle he smiled. I grabbed Zoe's diapering goods and went back and got her undressed and started her bath. She LOVES baths so she was thrilled with taking one. I cleaned her up and let her have her bath time early.

They are both clean, beds stripped, waiting to be remade but both of them are totally happy. I guess I will take that. lol. It could be worse. Well, I'm off to get the dishes done ... Cody is on his way home as I write from his hunting trip with his dad.

After a shockingly slow month, this past week has been anything but slow! I got so many sales! I sold 27 pacifier holders, 3 personalized bracelets, 7 bows, 3 extenders, 1 pacifier holder attacher set, and 2 magnet sets JUST THIS WEEK!!

22 of pacifier holders and the 5 bows were a wholesale order! So you can now find my items at Dimples Baby Boutique in Brooklyn, New York! I had so much fun with this order and I am thinking I'd like to do it agian too.

I was thinking that this month I just wasn't going to get a sale and I got all those. It was a busy week but totally worth it! I now have money to go get the super cute flowers I make my daughter's bows out of to sale on my site too. They are such a huge hit and I personally LOVE them! (Pictures comming soon!)

I've Been Busy!

I've been looking for a way to make my pacifier holders MAM and NUK friendly. I've finely found a way to do it that is super easy to use. They are a bit pricer than I would have liked they serve the perpose perfectly! Now they work with ALL pacifiers and the pacifier holders are only $5.50 each!

I have been working on some new clips. I have several verions. Here is one example. Cute hu? My almost 2 year old seems to love the larger flower clip the most. She is all girl and love shoes, jewelry, and bows. Perfect for me since I love to make the last 2. lol

I've been cranking out the new pacifier holders. I have about 20 yet to be listed including one really great christmas print. (its the one pictured above) I need to find the time to edit the pictures. Editing and posting is just so time consuming. I hope to have it done soon so I can start working on my new lines and site!

In the not so distant future I will be opening a new shop at etsy. I'm doing this because I'm out of categories in my current shop and this new shop will be dedicated to sewing projects. The shop name is OhsoCute at http://ohsocute.etsy.com/ ! Here is one of my new projects.

This is my new "Carseat Sun Tint" to keep the sun at bay for your little ones. I haven't worked out all the details of weather or not I will be doing it "To Order" where the fabric is sent to me like with the carseat covers (that will come in a later post) or if I will make them and have them ready to buy. With my schedule making them ahead of time may what I will have to do in the beginning. We'll see. I still have 2 to 3 weeks before that site is up and running.

On my birthday in 2005 we learned that we were pregnant with our first child. The news was inspiring to me. Within a couple months I was sewing and creating cute baby accessories. I am an admitted perfectionist and worked until I perfected my designs. I loved the act of designing items and then seeing her wrapped up in them or dragging them behind her.

Then, 4 months after her birth we discovered I was pregnant again. I loved being a stay at home mother yet couldn’t stop creating. Soon after our son was born I was selling jewelry and baby shower gifts for others who had noticed the items I was making for my children.

Last May I was introduced to etsy.com and opened a shop where we carry stylish and functional boutique style items handmade for durability and quality. We carry preemie and toddler bows, emergency bracelets, pacifier holders, jewelry, and much more. Each piece is made for you and can be customize or personalize how you want it. We create every item as if I were creating it for my own chidren!
